A Pastor’s Pod is a collaborative space where pastors come together to honestly assess the health of their ministry environment and its readiness to disciple men well. Every church carries its own culture, strengths, and challenges—and this workshop invites leaders to explore those realities without pressure or comparison. Some will discover strong, fertile ground for men’s ministry. Others will uncover gaps, barriers, or missing foundations. Both outcomes are valuable.
Through guided conversation, shared experiences, and practical frameworks, pastors sharpen one another as they identify what healthy ground looks like, what it requires, and how it can be cultivated within their unique congregational context.
This is not a one‑size‑fits‑all model—it is a Kingdom-centered process of discernment, clarity, and alignment. Together, pastors define best practices, strengthen their leadership approach, and build a clearer path for discipling men in ways that honor God and fit the culture of their church.
Help pastors understand that men’s ministry is not a program, it’s a culture, a strategy, and a long‑term investment.
