Men don’t just wear the armor, in this session we will explore how each piece of God’s armor has been tested in real-life battles, and how standing firm is a testimony of grace, grit, and growth.
This session of being “Battle-Tested: Still Standing in the Armor” also shares and reflects the heart and mission of Armorbearers 360—equipping men to serve, lead, and stand with spiritual integrity across generations. We want to emphasize servant leadership, emotional resilience, and legacy-building.

“I was privileged to be part of an AB360 workshop last fall that blessed not only me but the entire room, with material that was both structured and deeply engaging. Minister Bellamy’s delivery, rapport-building, and impactful presentation make him a powerful asset to any men’s ministry.”
— Pastor Greg Allen, Pleasant Union United MBC

John 5:1–15 gives us a powerful framework for a workshop that is biblically grounded, emotionally safe, and practically transformative.
This brother waited 38 years because he had no one, let’s not be the reason another brother waits one more day.
Healing Outside the Sanctuary is more than a concept, it's a living dynamic ministry founded by Pastor Kenneth J. Rush, as a way to reach men, especially ministry leaders that had nowhere to turn when they needed healing.

“Jeff is a man whose life and ministry embody healing, wholeness, and the relentless pursuit of lifting other men. For more than two decades, he has served with integrity, resilience, and a calling shaped by both his valleys and his victories—always going back to bring other men forward. I give Minister Bellamy my highest endorsement as a man of God whose life’s work continues to ignite transformation in every space he serves.”

“Integrity begins in private, grows in personal, and shines in public.”
A man’s life is not defined by a single moment but by the consistency of his walk—from the quiet place where he meets God, to the sacred space of home, and into the visible rhythms of everyday life. Scripture teaches that a servant-leader is formed not by titles or applause, but by alignment: who he is when no one sees, who he is with those closest to him, and who he is before the world.
“This path is not linear — it’s layered. It forms a complete circle: a 360° life of integrity. Each domain private, personal, and public reflects and reinforces the others. When a man walks in alignment across all three, he becomes a servant-leader whose life testifies to grace, strength, and purpose, bringing stability and honor to everyone around him.”

“I served alongside Jeff for four years in Eastern Star Church’s Men of Purpose ministry. He is a steady, principled leader with a genuine heart for God. Jeff creates a collaborative environment where men feel seen, valued, and challenged to grow. His ability to facilitate with clarity and humility is one of his greatest strengths.”
