Message from the Founder

My name is Minister Jeff Bellamy, and I am a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and servant leader. After 35 years of service at Eli Lilly and Company, I retired to fully embrace my calling to equip men for Kingdom impact. I operate in my spiritual gifts of Shepherding, Teaching, and Administration—gifts that have shaped my journey and continue to guide my mission.

As the visionary behind Armorbearers 360, I founded this ministry to answer a deep spiritual need: to restore, empower, and mobilize men to lead with clarity, conviction, and compassion. Too often, men’s ministry has been reduced to events and tradition. I saw the need for transformation—a process that cultivates legacy, servant leadership, and spiritual accountability.

Armorbearers 360 is more than a program; it’s a movement. Through strategic partnerships with churches and organizations, we help launch vibrant men’s ministries that speak to the heart of fathers, leaders, and brothers across generations. My work with Healing Outside the Sanctuary and Gen III reflects this commitment to creating multi-generational spaces for healing, growth, and connection.

As a curriculum architect and facilitation leader, I bring a strategic mind and a shepherd’s heart to every framework we build. Whether strengthening fathers, empowering leaders, or building bridges across communities, my goal is simple: to help men walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
